my question as regards to registration of digital signature at MCA website while doing role check. can a person register two digital signature at a time thanks

BUT IF A PERSON HAVING TWO DIGITAL SIGNATURE,IS IT ANY PENEL ACTION ON HIM. MY FURTHER QUESTION IS THAT IF A PERSON HAVING TWO DIGITAL SIGNATURE, CAN HE REGISTER ONE AS DIRECTOR OR ONE AS PROFESSIONAL WAITING FOR REPLY

Company Law doesnt prohibit for taking more than one digital Signature. But practically speaking there is no use of taking Two Digital Signature.
There will be no Penal Action on him, if he has done so. Yes, he can do so i.e. can use one as professional and other as director.
