24 January 2009 Hi,
1. Can a CA do the data entry jobs at home legally as per the institute's prefessional ethics? Data entry jobs include excel work, maintaining a blog, telemarketing, data processing, google ads
2. If not, how can that be legally carried out?
3. How the income from these activities are to be accounted for and taxed in India?
4. Are tax deducted at source from these incomes.
Kindly throw some light on these

If a CA can do without permission from ICAI can debared from its membership.if some one compliants Whats last step taken by ICAI.
