campus for physically handicapped

I cleared my both group of ca final in first attempt in may 16 attempt. I am more then 40% visually disabled. so I comes in reservation quota. I want to ask if I fill form for campus of August 2016 then, is there any chances for shortlisting by PSU. I WANTS to do govt job for a post of CA. And told me from which center I fillup the campus form, where more PSU comes

rather than depending upon CAMPUS, it is better if you could directly contact and apply to PSU
