14 October 2015 We want to send one of our instrument for calibration to Poland from where it is purchased, kindly let us know whether we can send it without paying customs duty and bringing back without customs duty.
Kindly reply urgently.

14 October 2015 you can send the goods for repair without payment of duty but at the time of re-import duty will be paid on the value of reimported goods after repairs including cost of repairs ,freight and insurancs.[cus. notification no.94/96 dated 16.12.96.
