SALARY (UNDER MINIMUM WAGES ACT RS.16254)

22 September 2021 The gratuity will be 12 times of monthly wages.

23 September 2021 Dear all.
The gratuity is payable to employees as stated below
on completion of 5years of continuous service
on death of employee
total pay dived by (26days in a month) x15(Days wages) x no of years service

23 September 2021 @Venkatraman higher gratuity payable in case of death.
