16 September 2016 If a service provider is providing taxable services and service tax is to be paid by the service receiver then whether that will be includible for calculating the limit of rs. 10 lakh of taxable services provided in preceding financial year by the service provider or not

16 September 2016 whether by RCM or otherwise, the service provider is providing service.....and it should be calculated accordingly...nothing can be omitted
