IN A PRIVATE LIMITED CO. EXISTING AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL IS 500000/-.WANT TO INCREASE IT TO 5000000/-. PLEASE LET ME CLEAR HOW THE CALCULATION FOR STAMP DUTY CAN BE ACHIEVED (STATE WEST BWNGAL)
