I am a fresher Chartered Accountant , should i prepare for SBI PO or separate vacancy for fresher CAs will be advertised by SBI??

you can opt for PO, no problem. Separate posts per se are not available in banking industry.

yes, you can do that, in many bank, pvt bank publish the advertisement for many post in which only on basis of interview you can select for loan & advances deptt.
