I cleared IPCC in 1st attempt this year...The problem is that i got only 39%in b.com(gen) as i was very careless about my studies as well as was wasting my time like nonsense...please suggest me what to do now to overcome this problem,i vl be giving my best to solve this problem,,as i want to join a good job after clearing CA, shall i join M.com now to save my future or only CA is enough to survive? i will be very much thankful to you if you can give me some solution...

It is good that you have realised it and when you realise yourself it is never late.
If possible check with your college for attempting 1st year of BCom again, so that you can improve your track record. Concentrate on yur studies and also have some hobbies like reading, playing games.
But most important is attitude towards life and nothing can defeat it.
