26 October 2017 Yes it is mandatory to write whole paper in Black pen for Nov-17 except you may use pencil for graph, diagram

26 October 2017 Sir for this there no such Official notification on icai site
and on Admit card also written that use black pen only can't we Mean that it might be for underlining only
