CA in practise-Professional ethics

Suppose CA in practise is a auditor of a Company say A ltd and the same CA is a major shareholder of another company namely B ltd. If B Ltd. is the sister concern of A Ltd, whether the appointment of the CA for A Ltd. is valid as per professional ethics of ICAI?
