20 September 2016 Dear All, I have joined one firm after done with all my Form Of Articleship but I haven't submitted form to ICAI before that only They have assigning me an assignment which I have rejected to do so because it is out scope of CA hence they told me we are canceling your registration with our form so they have just removed me out now they told me to cancel the form of articleship to be canceled and give to them due to firm Is far from where do I Stay I have Posted Form By Cancelling the form and now joined new firm and submitted the form also but now what the previous firm is telling to me is that we haven't received our form so it means u have submitted our form (Fact - I haven't submitted their form) To Prove them I have told them that I will be sending them an email with scan copy of new Firm Form but they are not ready to accept that they again again telling me they want their Cancelled (Which is in post only) I told them now what to do I am stucked they warned me that they will Complain to institute with this Careless act of mine that I have posted not given to them in hands so how to convince them that not to make any complaints about me. Hope My Query Is Structured To Understand You All I Will Wait for Response

21 September 2016 Dear Paresh, Don't worry if u have send the form then u can send the speed post receipt to them and icai does not have so much time to listen all the objections of the firm. just tell them that u have send and they can check from institute in case they are not satisfied Do your work in new firm and don't take any tension Hope your query is resolved
