No study material is not sufficient for CA final you should have reference to some good books for reference.

Law: Munish Bhandari
Direct Tax: Vinaod Gupta

Advance Management Accounts Book: J B Gupta or P C Tulisan.

Dear Sonia it depends on your ability read the cluttered study material ICAI provides.
Honestly, it can be sufficient. But it requires more time. Therefore people refer to additional reference material.
In my view, study material coupled with practice manual, RTP and suggested answer are sufficient. However, you must refer to other books for practical questions in subjects like accounts, costing, fm etc
