Ca final novemeber 14 eligibile or not

11 June 2014 I am a Ca Final student , cleared ipcc in nov 2011 . I seek your
valuable advise on my urgent problem in respect of my eligibility
for Ca Final November examinations 2014 .
I had commenced my articleship on 15.03.2012 . I had successfully been
in full time articleship training till 31.05.2014 (LEAVES TAKEN TILL THEN WAS 40+36) . I had now suffered
from some fatal sickness , which entitles me to rest in hospital for
about 3 months from 31.05.2014 and will take transfer as the principal
says after ICAI approves . I will rejoin my new office after the said
time and I will be in service from 31.08.2014 .
I wish to know that whether I would be eligible to appear for
November 2014 examinations .

just joking, all in all, if you are able to finish articleship on or before 30 April 2015, you shall be eligible for Novmeber 2014. I am not sure of the dates that you are referring to because in another query you said 36+36 leaves and 112 leaves!

the rule is simple, your leave eligibility is ((365*3)-actual leave taken)/6. subtract the number so arrived from actual leave taken to get the excess leave number. add this excess leave to your original articleship completion date to get your final completion date. this date should be on or before 30 april 2015 to be eligible for November 2014.
