dropping one attempt doesn't matter much. failing in the one you appear, does.

see ankit...as long as you clear CA finals with good marks and have good knowledge and articleship exp, it should not matter.

sir, sorry to bother you..bt i am in dilemma whether to give exam in nov 14 or not because my preparation is very poor rather i would say it is 10% only. i am doing articleship from a a small firm and doing online claasses which will end up in 31st oct my class takes 12 hrs a day.
whether my absent in xam will be called as fail?

As per opinion there is no point leaving any attempt though this is not going to affect your future in any way as suggested by fellow expert.
