is service tax rate 14% is applicable for ca final nov 2015 exam ?

For Nov 15 exams the amendments as applicable must be 6 months prior to first day of the month in which exams are conducted.
So Amendments notified till 1st may 2015 shall be applicable.
The amended rate of service tax was notified till 1st June 2015.
This means this newly amended rate of service tax shall be applicable for may 2016 onwards.
