24 August 2013 Sir i have taken transfer in first year after it i have re registered for articals after one month but that time i dont know about that i will not complete my two and half year due to one month gap please give me advise that i could appear in nov.13 final exams.

24 August 2013 You didn't have any chance to appear for November 2013 due to the one month late in re-registration to articleship period i.e means you have one month break in your articleship training period.

ICAI strictly caution the students those who had taken termination from their articleship beware regarding your final attempt eligibility and do complete your re-registration to your articleship as early as possible with out losing of your final attempt eligibility while in the case of termination of articleship.

However online exam form shall allow you fill and make payment and apply for exams as well as you also you may get your admit card and allowed for your exams but your result may be in with-held(i.e didn't announce by ICAI).

Note: So with your own interest and risk you may apply for November 2013 CA final exams. If ICAI accepted and declared your result and you got pass then it is good and happy but it is fully your own interest and risk.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this if you have not completed such 30 months then you will not be eligible to appear in final.
