09 October 2013 my attempt being in may 2014, should i take up law class coaching in eten ca from nov 29,2013?am worried. as i am taking one practical subject coaching till march, would it hampers my preparation.?or manish book is sufficent if i start now. kindly advise.

09 October 2013 I would suggest wait for the ICAI official Announcement for the applicability of Company Act,2013 in May,2014...

As per ICAI last notification it can't be predicted that it would be applicable or Not..

09 October 2013 thanks for reply. so u suggest me to attend class if the new company bill is applicable?will i get sufficient time to prepare?

09 October 2013 I will suggest you to start study new Companies Act, 2013 for May 2014 attempt.

02 November 2013 thanks alot. But isn't new companies act not completely finalized till 31oct ? I mean icai & mca are asking feedback on draft rules abt new act??
