Can somebody suggest me a law book which is easy to understand than our CA Final study material. What is your opinion about "Tejpal Sheth" law book Corporate and Allied Laws.?

after refering cs tejpalseth book i feel it is good to refer tejpalseth book for exam purpose than munishbhandari

however we cover practice manual along with this, if you can spent 12-14 hrs can easily complete LAW in 10-12 days confidently
