Sir, I cleared IPCC GROUP 1 in MAY 2011 and second group in nov 2011.Then I started my articleship on 28th April 2012. As per the rules of ICAI i could give CA FINAL Exams in nov 2014 i.e after 2.5 yrs of my articleship. I wanted to know if there is any way of giving exams in May 2014????

as per icai rules if u have completed 2.5 months of articleship.. u can give pre attempt.. of ca final exams.. according to me ur eligible for it..n u can give may 2014 exams...

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
So, if your leave is not excess and your 30 months is completed before 31.10.2014, then you will be eligible for Nov, 2014 attempt.
