27 February 2013 Sir, i have completed my 2 years of articleship training and at present i am having excess leave in my account. will i be able to appear for the finals after 2 and half years?? And also i don't have good terms with my principal and he is not allowing me to come to office and in case during examination time he refuses to sign the examination form what action can i take against him?? please help me sir.

27 February 2013 Including excess leaves you are in service of last six months of articleship training as on the first date of exams commencing month then you are eligible for such attempt.

27 February 2013 That means i will not be able to appear now. and what can i do if my principal didn't sign the examination form??

27 February 2013 Yes, now you are not eligible for attempt.
You should be get the sign of your employer on your exam form because he only certify your articleship training completion period. So must and should required your employer's sign on exam application form no other choice to you. So try to request him and compramaise.

28 February 2013 sir i have requested him but he is not accepting and i have the recording of our conversation also i which he his saying that he will destroy my ca life and all.. can i complain in the institute??

28 February 2013 Yes, you can complaint to Institute by that reason you can take transfer of your articleship for the balance period to other member. But before going to complaint be sure you didn't make any mistake against your employer because of if you have any missbehaviour regarding your employer by that reason he can complaint against you and then institute may cancel your articleship period till now you completed.
If you sure you are employer making mistakes and irretating you with out any mistakes or misbehaviour by you and you have evidence then complaint to Institute and request to give termination of articleship.
