26 February 2013 Hey i am a CA foundation batch Student, Cleared my PE-II in Nov 2006 attempt, but had a long break from studies. Now planning to write CA final May 2013 attempt- group wise. Can you please advise me for the below queries?

(1) Am i still eligible to attempt in final old scheme( 2 groups- 4 papers per group)?

(2) i had applied online for ATC( Accounting Technician Certificate) in 2009 but still has not received the same. What needs to be done?

26 February 2013 First you have to convert your Final old to Final New(because of Final old now discontinued) and if you completed your articleship previously then you are eligible for CA Final 2013 attempt otherwise first register for Articleship along with registering to Final New after completion of 2 and half years of articleship you are eligible for Final New attempt.

After completion of Articleship only you can receive ATC. I according to my knowledge there is no option to Apply for ATC online. Eventhough you such option available you have send hard copy of such online application to ICAI. Is you full fill all these then you make request to ICAI why you not received ATC till now otherwise first full fill these and then try to ATC.
