i have completed my articleship on 15th august 2013 and submitted form 108 also on 16th august and fill online exam form on 22nd august , is it still compulsory to b signed and attested by my principal

Once u completed your articleship then any member of icai holding valid membership no of icai can sign your exam form.
It is not compulsory that ur priccipal should only sign it.

Your photo and signature and data on the on-line form(if any) or examination form submitted by you has to be attested by a member of the Institute or your Principal in the case of Final candidates. However in the case of Intermediate (IPC) Exam candidates, it may be got attested by a Gazetted Officer also.
