My Final Attempt is due on May 18, I have not started any Final Classes. Can anyone suggest or guide as to how should I prepared myself so that I am prepared For May 18 Exams.

It is good to see that you are planning for early start of preparation for your May 2018 examination. As they say, slow and steady wins the race and I hope your approach will yield you with rich dividend. There is likely chances of the syllabus getting changed any time sooner than later, with just the announcement of date for roll out of new syllabus is awaited. In all probability, you may have the fortune of writing the examination under the new syllabus.
The key topics form Companies Act, 2013, Ind-AS, IFC, CARO - 2016, Direct tax laws and indirect tax laws are something you need to keep yourself abreast of changes that are taking place every now and then. There are going to be some more changes / amendments in the near future which you need to gear up for. Every new thing which you get to know, take it seriously into your knowledge repository as you may be utilizing the same at point in time either in your practical life or in theory in the examination.
Keep reading ICAI newsletter cum journals, taxmann publications on various enactments, business dailies viz economic times, wall street journal etc. There are plethora of articles available online, which you need to keep reading and understanding and apply them in your practical situation wherever possible, which may be useful from examination point of view also.
