is final syllabus going to change for may 2016 attempt ???????????????????? if yes, what can be the possible changes .................

Difficult to predict. Anything can happen. So wait for notification by ICAI. But its certain that Companies Act 2013 will be fully applicable by then.

Yes some changes in syllabus are proposed. You are advised to wait for final announcement in this regard.
