Ca exam passing percentage

good evening
i have heard that ca exam passing percentage for all three levels wef may 15 will be 45 % in individual subjects and aggregate will be 55% so it is rumor or truth bcoz on institute's website on www.icai.org under students section under examination on 23-07-13 there is an notification here is the link https://220.227.161.86/30461exam20163.pdf please reply as soon as possible

No there is no change in passing criteria as clearly stated in the link given above by you.
The existing passing requirements, i.e., securing at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of the papers comprised in a group in respect of Intermediate (IPC) and Final examinations remain unchanged.
