Dear Sir,
I am student of CA final and i have cleared my CS executive.I have not taken Permission of ICAI by form 112.
I simply want to know the Procedures which I can do for taking Permission to continue my CS Final from ICAI.
I will be very oblized if i receive solution of my problem to take permission from ICAI

You need to apply for Condonation of Delay in Non Submission of form 112. See below link for details:

Sir can u plz tell me the Reason and fee details as i have delayed 2 yrs.Do i need any specific or genuine reason.

Are you undergoing articleship? If yes then submit form 112 along with request for condonation of delay. See link above for details.

If now i dont submit form112 and delay for condonation and register for my CS final after completion of my articleship.Then what are the consequences. I have already filled 112 for B.Com examinations and completed my B.com in 2013 and i have given my Executive attemp in June 2013 which was due in dec 2012

Permission to engage in other occupation / other course of studies
Form 112 duly filled in and signed by the Principal, articled / audit clerk and the concerned authority along-with a request for codonation of delay stating reasons therefor together with levy fee. While submitting Form 112 in case of engagement in other occupation the documents mentioned in the respective chapter may also be submitted.
Schedule of Levy Fee
Delay Corresponding fees to be paid
30 days beyond specified period Rs. 100
31 - 180 days beyond specified period Rs. 300
After 181 days beyond the specified period Rs. 1,000

If i submit form 112 & letter of condonation with the respective fee and documents which are required then afterwards there will be any issue to my CA or CS degree or not and whether will i get permisssion from Ca institute for CS or not
