Hi I had a query relating to CA carrying on other businesses. I know CA with COP cannot carry on other business without approval of the council. My query is 1)Can a CA without COP carry on other business without seeking the approval of the Council?. Ex- A CA is good in real estate dealing or say in hotel business, Can He give up COP and pursue his passion without restriction.
2)Further With COP can a CA invest his savings in other business as a partner of LLP ( not actively participating in the business). Kindly let me know the implications Thanks in advance
