13 August 2013 IS THERE ANY RULE THAT WE SHOULD JOIN RE-JOIN OUR ARTICLESHIP UNDER NEW PRINCIPAL WITHIN ONE MONTH OF FROM DATE OF TRANSFER OR ELSE OUR ATTEMPT FOR CA FINAL WILL BE DELAYED?

13 August 2013 if there is gap bet 2 firms for ur articleship then such gap period would not br counted and hence your final will get delayed.

remember that u need to complete 2.5 years of articleship b4 1st attempt for ca final.

13 August 2013 If my 2.5 years of articleship is completed before my 1st attempt for ca-final excluding the gap between 2 firms- then will my attempt will get delayed?

13 August 2013 then no problem just complete 2.5 years for being eligible for ca final exams.

Agreed with Expert.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
