frd my principal is ready to give transfer on the condition that i should give in written that i will not work at raighar any more .... this is within 1 year case... am i need to worry about this

Hi
During the First year of article ship, you can take transfer without any reasons.
So, no need to give such kind of written undertaking, you just file Form-109 with Institute with the signature of your principal.

Sir i had already given that commitment in written because there in no other option for me.. i want to do work in raighar ... it is adviseable for me to do this
