sir, i recently joined articles and compeleted 4 months period
I decided to take termination, because of firms environment was wrost(there is no work scope) xo please tell what was the procedure to take termination.
I compeleted only my 1st group in ipcc

you can directly terminate your articleship if its your 1st year of articles.
Form 109 is reqd as far as I remember.
After that register your in another firm like you had registered yourself for your 1st articleship.
I had done the same.
