08 October 2012 HELLO THIS IS ACA PANKAJ AND I M WORKING IN PVT CO, RECENTLY I M APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR AND I HAVE GIVEN MY B.COM DEGREE AND CA DEGREE IN XEROX IN DIN FROM 1,

I M TAKING SALARY IN CASH FOR LAST ONE YEAR.

IS THERE ANY HARM, BECAUSE I HAVE SUBMITTED FORM 2 TO CA WITHOUT SHOWING ANY JOB.

For getting DIN their is no restriction that you are in job or not. It is an identification number of Director. You give Copy of PAN and a copy of Address Proof for getting DIN.

So, don't worry.

08 October 2012 i know Ajay Ji, for getting DIN, we can give any documents. but i am appointed as director in a company, and still i am getting salary in cash, the company too does not show in books, and i dont want to show as i will have to submit it to Ca Institute, form 2.

thats the problem
