IS IT NECESSORY THAT NO1 CAN GET DOUBLE PROFESSIONAL DEGREE. MEANS IF I HEV PASSED C.A. FIRST & THAN C.S. SO I CAN PRACTISE ONLY FOR C.A. & NOT FOR C.S.

For doing practice you have to obtain certificate of practice [CP] from the respective institute. As per my understanding simultaneous practice of both professions is not possible.
However you can advise your clients for other profession also.

you can do practice either CA or CS.
at a one time you can not hold 2 or more COPs.
