Some of the C from received from the customers has been lost.
so now any one can tell me what is the option available with us?

You have to lodge FIR and than copy of FIR with indemnity will be given to the concerned customer. Customer will take approval from Sales Tax Department on the basis of your FIR. After that customer can issue duplicate C forms for the same bills.
