12 November 2012 Hey can anybody tell me that what is the diffrence between "c" from and from "38".
and what is the use of these form.

12 November 2012 when you sale outside state then if party give you C form then you will charge less rate 2%. although actual sale tax rate on that item is 12.5%

form 38 is required to go with goods. It is like permission to get goods from other state from party.
so if you sale outside then purchaser will provide you form 38 to accompany inovice with material. after sale he will provide c form
