22 December 2011 Is it possible to issue the C form for the value of goods after deducting cash discount. Kindly give the rule and section.

Eg: Bill value including CST Rs.10200
Cash Discount Rs. 1500
Net amount Rs. 8700
Please tell me on what amount C form to be issued
