C-form on purchase of capital goods

Can anybody pls guide me as to how to issue C-Form on purchase of capital goods.

As this facility is not available online & tell me the alternate procedure that i should follow to obtain C-Form from Deptt.

Kindly help me in this matter at your earliest.

18 June 2013 C form can be issued by you only for those materials & goods mentioned in your CST registration certificate. other material or goods cannot issue C form, even online or manual
