We are purchasing exempted goods (Aluminium-ACSR conductors) from Dadar & nagarhaveli, whether C form issue is necessary or not.

pls see the invoice issued by the vendor, on invoice if write against C form then you have to issue C form. in some state Cst rate is NIL but C form to be issued by the buyer.

No,if the materials are exempted then no required against c-forms,because as per act C-forms is the document which is issued only for concessional rate@2% on purchases for the Registered Dealers in India.
