16 August 2016 Plz guide me who can issue C Form if Buyer and consignee is different state

Example : We have a H.O in Meghalaya State and Branch office in Mizoram State , we purchased material from assam for Mizoram office For use in telecommunication network

16 August 2016 If your Mizoram branch office has a seperate TIN, then it is liable to generate and issue the C form, but if all the tax matters are being handled by H.O then it must issue the C form..

17 August 2016 yes our Mizoram branch has separate tin , but my question is that who will issue C Form, Mizoram or HO??

18 August 2016 Sellers invoice must have buyer's name and buyers TIN number... If it's issued under Mizoram's TIN, then purchase should be claimed by Mizoram branch, return must be uploaded then C form must be issued. But if it's mentioned H.O TIN then H.O must claim the purchase, upload the return and issue the C form.
