my company has purchased a machinery against C Form and we have to issue C Form
kindly tell me what is the procedure of C Form issue

first of all in which state? In maharashtra then download the CST Excel Utility from Mahavat.gov.in duly file it and Validate. After successful validation txt file generate now you are able to upload the file by using your login in Mahavat.gov.in.
