27 July 2012 Whether Tamil Nadu goverment issues a notificaition for accepting the C Forms issued for the invoices which are raised in one quarter and received by the customer in another quarter?

29 July 2012 Tamilnadu Government has not issued any notification, as per my knowledge but Andhra Government has issued such notification regarding invoices of one quarter and issuance of c form in another quarter.

Tamilnadu government is still allowing manual c forms and hence there will not be any problem for acceptance. Once they introduce online c form your question will arise.

08 August 2012 Thanks for your reply.But your answer mentions the issue of C Form from Tamil Nadu. In our case we are receiving the C Forms which includes the previous quarter end sales. That C Form is not accepted by Tamil Nadu Government.In Mumbai, sales tax authorites has issued notification to accept the C forms which contains the invoices of another quarter within the year.

I want to know whether Tamil Nadu Government has issued like this?
