please tell me how the form mechanism works as far as gujarat vat is concerned for these various forms ?? please provide it through example.

All these forms are under CST act
C form for purchase of goods under inter state
H form is certificate for export sales
F form for branch transfer
C form for purchase of goods under inter state
H form is certificate for export sales
F form for branch transfer

Does it Mean that Liability Of Providing These Form Is on Seller?
