Application for C Forms done online at mahavat.gov.in
Question :
1. Do v hv to submit any documents with sales tax dept. after the application being made.
2. By what time does the C Form will be received.
3. How will these C Forms be received. online or by Post or we hv to get them personally.

C form is now online process in all states.
1. Need to file the VAT return for the particular period
2. Need to fill apply through on line VAT website by filling the inter state purchase related to the return period which you filed.
3.once filled need to submit online itself the request.
4. after submission it will take 7 working days to process your request, on 8th day you can login in to website and check the C forms application status and take the printout online. incase status shows rejected then need to correct the mistakes and apply again
