11 February 2012 When You Purchase Goods From Outside State & They Charge CST @ 2% on Value Of Goods Then You Have To Give C Form Against That Invoice To Supplier Of Goods.
And Diffrent Method For Applying For Different State. In Gujarat C Form Generated Online After You Filled Your Sales Tax Return

11 February 2012 C form is the form which issued by register dealer under CST act. for purchasing goods from inter state with concessional rate of 2%. a dealer can allow to issue C form for only the goods mentioned in the CST registration certificate.

C forms are now online generation in all over India. you need to file the VAT/CST return and apply for C forms online. and get the same
