11 April 2011 what is 'C' form & 'H' form under CST act?

12 April 2011 Under CST Acts and Rules Made Thereunder 'C' Form Relates to a Purchase by a Registered Dealer From OUTSIDE STATE Registered DEALER by issuing him(To vendor Outside State) That Vendor Should Charge Him a Concessional Rate of Central Sales Tax and NOT ON FULL RATE on That Particular Goods.
While ' H Form Relates to Export Sales. A Certificate of Export to Be Obtained Upto the Time of First Assessing Authority'S ASSESSMENT We Have To Produce before him.

12 April 2011 'C' for concessional CST on interstate purchase;
'H' for NIL CST on purchase for EXPORT out of India
