16 March 2011 AB LTD is a construction company , its H.O. is in kolkata (W.Bengal). The company has purchased Material from Bimal pvt ltd (Address - Jharkhend). As per direction of AB ltd , Bimal pvt ltd send the material to the Orissa in which construction work is runing.

Tax Invoice of the Bimal pvt ltd :-
Buyer - AB ltd , kolkata , west bengal.
Consignee - AB ltd , Orissa.

Please tell me the in which State C FORM to be issue to the Bimal pvt ltd.
