12 December 2010 Form C are used in the interstate sales transaction.

Interstate Sales is normaly taxed at such rate as applicable to Local Sales within the state.

Interestate Sales against Form C to be taxed at 2% presently instead of regular rate of applicable state.

Form C to be issued by purchaser to seller. Value of Form C to be Sales Price + CST
