after upload the information your C form will be get approved automatically in 7 days if all the uploaded details are correct, otherwise it will be rejected by LVO and then you need to contact the LVO

after 7 days you can download from your login at VAT website, no need to go to the department. once downloaded for getting VAT department seal some states required to go to department. but no need of department intervene for downloading
