12 November 2013 Dear Sir,

We have sent Rs. 3000/- material in dt. 16.05.2012, which was received by party in dt. 05.07.2013. But party was issued c form of dt 05.07.2013 with another two bills of 2nd quarter. I want know that this issued form is right or wrong?

12 November 2013 Party should have issued Form C of dt. 16.05.2013 (date of invoice). Therefore, the issued form is wrong and you have to get it rectified from the party.

12 November 2013 There should be no problem accepting this form if it is correct in respect of all other aspects except for the quarter. Many States accept such Forms. some States has issued circular also in this respect.
For example AP has circular is available in file section.
