Respected Sir,
We have purchased a Genset from Pondichery on Feb-2012 for our office use & Pay CST @ 2%.Now Party ask to give them C Form.We have already made Vat return for 4Th Qtr & where we not mentioned the said Detils.You r therefore requested to advice where i give the Purchase details on revised return for getting C Form.

In order to issue c form for the gen set which is a capital goods, you have to show it in the return. Therefore kindly revise the return to include interstate purchase made from pondicherry. In case the revised return date is over, then ask your auditor whether the same can be shown at the time of annual return for the year 2011-12.
